Gift through your Will - Estate Planning

Please consider making a charitable donation by giving a gift through your will. This common form of legacy gift will provide funding to support our mission and programs that help Dane County neighbors in need.

As one of the simplest and most common forms of planned giving, a gift through your will allows you to designate either a percentage of your estate or a specific dollar amount after other disbursements are made. A gift through your will can also reduce the amount of your taxable estate and may increase the actual amount willed to your loved ones.

After taking care of your loved ones, please consider leaving a gift in your will to                        St. Vincent de Paul-Madison. Every gift makes a difference.

We recommend that your tax or estate-planning attorney and/or your financial planner advise you when creating your will.

“After seeing the tremendous good that the Society has done for the poor in the community, I decided to make a monthly financial committment to the Society now and also am leaving a legacy gift for later.”
- Bernie Vering
